Fire Temple
Infiltrate the ancient Fire Temple where cultists worship the Phoenix. This temple level combines enemy AI, environmental puzzles, and introduces the first major mid-chapter boss: the Flame Warden.

Step-by-Step Guide
Temple Trials
The temple has 3 trial rooms before the boss. Trial 1: Precision (hit 20 targets without missing). Trial 2: Speed (defeat 30 enemies in 40 seconds). Trial 3: Survival (dodge flame pillars for 30 seconds). Completing all trials grants a full HP restore before the boss.
Flame Warden - Phase 1
The Flame Warden fights in the temple's sanctum. Phase 1 (100-60% HP): Shoots flame wheels (circular patterns) and summons fire minions. Target the Warden's staff (glows orange) for critical hits. Minions drop healing orbs - prioritize them for survival.
Flame Warden - Phase 2
Phase 2 (60-0% HP): Warden enrages, gaining a flame aura that damages nearby aircraft. Keep distance (outer 30% of arena). New attack: Meteor Strike (red circles, 2-second warning). The Warden teleports every 15 seconds - track via minimap.
Phoenix Feather Secret
During Phase 2, destroy the phoenix statue in the background (hit it 15 times). This reveals a hidden Phoenix Feather that grants +10% damage for the rest of the game. The statue only takes damage while the Warden is teleporting.
Enemy Guide
Temple Cultist
(Humanoid Enemy)Tips: Appears in trial rooms. Shoots predictable bullet patterns but high HP (4 hits). Group them together and use spread weapons for efficiency.
Fire Minion
(Summon)Tips: Summoned by Flame Warden. Weak (1 hit) but numerous. They chase you slowly and explode on contact. Kite them in circles and pick them off.
Flame Warden
(Mid-Boss)Tips: Two-phase boss. In Phase 1, stay mobile and target the staff. In Phase 2, maintain distance and focus on dodging Meteor Strikes. Use bombs during teleports when it's vulnerable.
Boss Battle Tips
- •Complete all three trials perfectly for the HP restore - you'll need it for the boss fight
- •Flame Warden's staff glows before each attack. Learn to recognize attack patterns by the glow intensity
- •Phase 2 flame aura ticks for 5% HP per second. Never stay close for more than 2 seconds
- •Meteor Strikes target your current position. When you see red circles, immediately move perpendicular
- •Fire Minions are the priority in Phase 1. They drop heals and reduce screen clutter
- •The phoenix statue secret is optional but highly rewarding. Sacrifice some boss DPS to hit it during teleports
