Navigate through a treacherous valley besieged by relentless sandstorms. Visibility drops to near-zero, enemies ambush from the storm, and powerful winds push you toward deadly hazards. New mechanic: Wind direction and storm intensity.

Step-by-Step Guide
Sandstorm Cycle
The valley experiences 3 major sandstorms during your crossing. Storms occur at: 3:00, 6:00, 9:00 mark (every 3 minutes). Pre-storm warning: Sky darkens (30 sec before), wind picks up (20 sec), debris flies (10 sec). You MUST find shelter before storm hits or take massive damage.
Shelter System
3 cave shelters along the valley (one before each storm): Shelter 1 at 25%, Shelter 2 at 50%, Shelter 3 at 75% progress. Each shelter is a cave entrance marked by red flags. Inside, you're safe from storms. Storm duration: 60 seconds each. Wait it out.
Wind Mechanics
Even outside major storms, valley winds are strong. Wind direction changes every 30 seconds (N, S, E, W). Wind pushes you in its direction (-20% control). Fighting wind: slow. Moving with wind: fast. Plan movement around wind direction. Strong gusts can push you into hazards (cliff edges, cacti).
Low Visibility Combat
Sandstorms reduce visibility to 2-unit radius (60% reduction). Enemies are barely visible. They attack from beyond your vision range. Rely on audio cues: Footsteps (bandits), Rattling (scorpions), Wind whistle (projectiles). Fight defensively during storms.
Enemy Guide
Sand Bandit
(Human Enemy)Tips: Desert outlaws adapted to sandstorms. Shoot crossbow bolts from distance. Takes 5 hits. Appears in groups of 3-4. Most dangerous during storms (use storm as cover).
Sand Elemental
(Magical Enemy)Tips: Living sandstorm creature. Only appears during major storms (inside shelter you're safe). Immune to physical damage - use fire/lightning weapons. Takes 8 hits. Shoots sand spears.
Giant Scorpion
(Elite Enemy)Tips: Larger version of Sand Scorpion. 12 hits to kill. Tail slam attack (30% HP). Heavily armored - aim for joints. Rare (only 4 in level).
Boss Battle Tips
- •Storm timing is critical: If you miss a shelter, you WILL die in the storm (30% HP/sec damage). Always reach shelter with 30+ seconds to spare
- •Shelter 1 location: Look for red flag at 25% progress on left side of valley (north wall). Cave entrance behind large boulder
- •Between storms: Move quickly but safely. You have 3 minutes between each storm. Distance between shelters: ~650m. Need to average 200m/min = manageable
- •Wind strategy: Check wind direction every 30 seconds. If wind favorable (pushing toward next shelter), sprint. If unfavorable, move along valley walls for protection
- •Sand Elementals: Only spawn inside storms. If you're in shelter, you never fight them. But if caught outside, use fire/lightning. They're immune to normal attacks
- •Bandit ambushes: They know shelter locations and set up ambushes nearby. Clear bandits BEFORE entering shelter. Inside shelter you're safe but can't fight
- •Final stretch: After 3rd storm, it's clear sailing to valley exit. No more storms. But tired players make mistakes here - stay focused
